We are hosting a free community event at the Royal Jubilee Hospital on April 20th where we are inviting members of the community to become CHAMPs (Community HAnds-only Mass cPr and Shock). Each training session is an hour long and will be led by physicians and trained medical experts who will demonstrate how to do CPR and use an AED.

Be prepared to get involved and learn hands-on how to do CPR yourself. Small groups, led by trained medical experts we will show you how in a fun and relaxed environment.

We have also invited survivors of bystander CPR to join us and share their stories with you. These stories are truly incredible.

So who should attend this event? Everyone! Bring your family, friends, neighbours and coworkers. Become a CHAMP in an afternoon.
